BirchStreet Systems Announces the Signing of a Multi-Year Software License and Hosting Agreement with Hilton Hotels Corporation

Newport Beach, Calif., September 16, 2002 - BirchStreet Systems, provider of leading electronic procurement solutions and Hilton Hotels, one of the largest hotel companies in the US, has entered into a software license and hosting agreement to utilize BirchStreet's v7 e-procurement system for all Hilton hotels in the US. In addition to providing the software, BirchStreet will provide hosting services, support, training and integration services.
