BirchStreet Signs V7 Distributor For Middle East
BirchStreet Systems Announces the Signing of a Reseller Agreement with Promena for the Distribution and Resell of the V7 e-Procurement System in the Middle East
Newport Beach, Calif., September 16, 2002 - BirchStreet Systems, provider of leading electronic procurement solutions and Promena of Istanbul, Turkey, have entered into an agreement setting up Promena as a distributor of BirchStreet's v7 e-procurement system in the Middle East. The system will be hosted by Promena in Turkey. BirchStreet will provide support, training and customization services.
Promena will first target sales at the Koch Group family of companies in Turkey.
"A number of advanced features make Promena a great fit for V7 including the full multi-currency and multi-lingual nature of the product. Promena was able to create a Turkish version of V7 in just two weeks leveraging V7's rapid internationalization features" said Doug Sanborn, Chief Technology Officer for BirchStreet Systems.
